I used Linen Mix, Marianne's Mohair/Adele's Mohair. It is mohair and linen blend, a beautiful yarn. It has the lightness of mohair and great draping qualities of linen. The patten is available here.
If you like brioche stitch, this is your thing. Although right and wrong side differ, the scarf looks good on both sides.
You can use silk-mohair blend, mohair combined with laceweight wool or pure wool.
