One of my friends saw this vest and commented: lemon! And this is, indeed, the official name of the colourway.
I believe moss stitch looks nice, although it is not as defined as in wool or merino or wool and mohair blend. I would definitely use it with this yarn (Brushed Medium) as an addition to other patterns (cabes, lace etc.).
